Great quality. Wide range of clothes available and great service in the store also! Really felt looked after and was really happy with everything I bought for a very competitive price as well! Amazing experience all round.
I used to love shopping here but recently every time I've bought an outfit from here and travelled back to Bristol it looks like a customer refund and they're putting it back on the shelf dirty marks. If you are going to be exchanging or refunding customers purchases you should at least check if the item has been worn so it's not re-sold. Very disappointing and disgusting hygienicly
Simple review - don't shop here. Massively over priced and owner doesn't budge on price. No wonder his shop is empty 😅 £60 for a simple, basic dress (apparently reduced from £120 🙄). There's an entire street with Asian wear. In fact, go to the stores opposite for better products at better prices
I attended this shop today. The owner is horrible to his staff and made his female worker cry. He also is very rude and horrible. He only pays them £30 a day which is very little. This was all over a small bargaining of prices. I don't recommend Fareed Hussain's shops. Horrible guy. He even spoke to my mother very rudely.
They don’t even deserve a one star. My mum went on the weekend and she bought a suit for £25, and whilst my mum was in the shop she changed her mind and wanted a suit that cost £20. My mum hadn’t even left the shop. The lady in the shop stated she can exchange but she can’t give her the £5 difference? What kind of business ethics and principles is this? Disgusting, Greedy people. If you do somewhere like new look, peacocks etc they happily do it for you. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend coming to such a place if you can call it a shop.
Permanent sticker on windows offering amazing deals, but when you go inside, the suits are £30. A little misleading?
I came from London to do shopping in Birmingham went to fareeds on stratford road he was rude and had attitude hes to expensive I got similar stuff cheaper from adnan and sufiyan alum rock road store and they gave me free gift I told them the story about this rude person they said alot off people are saying that think before u go to fareeds shops
We brought a suit for my mum for £25 from the elegant brands shop. On the way out without leaving the shop my mum noticed another suit she wanted instead which was for £20. We went to the till and the lady refused to change it, she refused to refund the £5 back. We paid by cash so there was no issue with the hassle of refunding by card. The lady serving was rude saying no we can’t exchange you can have the £20 suit for £25 but we can’t refund anything back. We didn’t even leave the shop, it’s not as if we came back an hour later. Really there was no issue with offering a exchange and the £5 refund. Fareed Hussain has many shops it’s hardly like he’s losing out, by giving simple customer service. We won’t be going back!
