Melissa MartinI stopped going here to get my cats' nails trimmed after the groomer told me my cats were acting "stressed" during their appointment and asked if there was "anything going on in my home life". Meanwhile, in the background I could hear a dog barking the entire time through their appointment and this conversation. When I pointed out that it was probably the fact that they were near a barking dog (I don't have a dog at home) she dismissed it saying there are always dogs back there. It was a really weird and totally inappropriate interaction.

Wonderful work all around, very professional, informative, and they had good communication during booking, and sent many reminders about appointment time and date. Allison PearceThey do such a good job with my boy's baths and nail trims! He comes home slippery and shiny and smelling delightful. The second time I brought him in, Elvis recognized them and started licking their faces even though he's nervous about any kind of grooming. They take their time and treat him so gently. I have a hard time trimming his nails at home, and I'm glad to have a fear-free groomer nearby who can keep him manicured without traumatizing him. I love the new location too -- it's much easier parking.
