Trying to get an appointment at this office. Made multiple phone calls needing to get transferred records and there seems to be miscommunication different staff for telling me different things. Just spoke to one girl who was extremely abrupt and rude. Going to delay this consultation, especially since it’s out of my dental plan And they were not very helpful. I should’ve asked her name one young girl was very nice. This girl was not.

I found this office staff to be so rude that I changed doctors, despite the fact that Dr. Pierce is very nice and attentive. I don't like being told "We're not that late" when I ask how long I'll have to wait for a scheduled appointment, I don't like "there you go" in stead of "thank you" when I'm paying potentially thousands of dollars, and I don't like an office manager who refuses to listen to feedback because "other patients might hear you." An assistant told me not to come in for what was a protruding piece of bone, that it would go away on its own, and I wound up having to make an emergency visit to a dentist in San Francisco. When you enter the office, women behind the glass look at you but don't even say "good morning." I had my implants done by Dr. Pirie who has a wonderful staff with a great attitude.

I love the staff at this office. They are wonderful and really take great care of their patients. Personable yet professional which I appreciate.
