A very late but needed review. Back in December, I did an embroidery order here. Although the job was done well (thanks to the embroidery workers), transparency and communication is not practiced. I had come to pick up my order after being assured it was ready the day before, and I was told to come back in a few hours. I don’t live super close so that was already a hassle. When I picked up my order, apparently the owners were out and I had to deal with one of their employees. The employee was nice, but the owners assured me I would pay a set price when I first gave the order and I was met with a different price. This was extremely frustrating and it seems neither Mike or Jorgelina even told their staff about it and being away, the employees had no idea what to do (where is the communication?!). I ended up paying the increased price. It’s sad to think the employees get placed in positions where they aren’t told things in advance. What are they supposed to do with no preparation? I don’t want to be that person who complains and takes it out on the workers. I’d advise the business to prepare their employees better if they are away and in general. Embroidery was nice but NOT worth the lack of customer service, minus the employees.

They slow! How do you specialize in making “letterman coats” but you have nothing in stock ! They tell you a time frame to get business and once you give your deposit, boom they moving slow as turtles! I would recommend trying Amazon before spending money with this fake business
