I started visiting this clinic when it first opened and had a great experience with the team—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I went regularly for a couple of months and was really happy with the care I received. However, by early 2024, my experience took a turn due to ongoing issues with one of the front desk staff members (I believe her name was Kristen or Christina). She was often distracted on her phone and made several mistakes with my direct billing claims. She repeatedly told me my claims were denied, even though they were always successful when handled by other staff. After multiple frustrating conversations—and showing her proof through my insurance app—she would “resubmit” and the claims would suddenly go through. The final straw came when I overheard her on a personal phone call in the waiting room saying things like, “I'm sick of working. I have my other job. You make enough money for the both of us.” I walked out after that and transferred my file to the Guelph location, which was closer to my work at the time. After getting promoted and working from home a year later, I decided to give the Kitchener location another chance. Thankfully, I haven’t seen that staff member since, and my recent visits have been smooth and professional. While one bad experience did shake my trust, I’m happy to say that the clinic as a whole offers great services and I’m trying not to let one negative interaction overshadow the care provided by the rest of the team.

Tom Murphy is the best Chiropractor I have seen in the area. He is attentive, compassionate and provided amazing treatment for my longstanding low back pain!

I woke up one morning with what felt like a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade and by the next day the pain was so bad it brought tears to my eyes when I moved. I contacted Wilson for physiotherapy and they got me in that day with Jainy Patel. Jainy used laser therapy on my shoulder and within one treatment my pain was so much less and by two treatments I felt normal again. I then fell on the ice and jarred my arm - and the laser therapy took away that pain in a day. I can't rave enough about Jainy. She's so nice and cheerful and really knows how to relieve pain. I highly recommend her!!!!!
