Robert was very thorough and professional while doing the furnace clean and check. He advised me of his observations and findings during the process. He also asked me on more than one occasion if I had any questions. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

We had what appeared to two technicians from two different companies to be an unresolvable problem with our furnace. Each did the basics and then contacted their respective managers for ideas. We paid for one to wait on hold for technical support 10 minutes! We paid $200 and then $279 without resolution. Then Zack Horn stopped by to prepare a proposal. We went down to the furnace and he just listened to it and said “something doesn’t sound right “. Ten minutes later our furnace was repaired. Holy Cow, was I impressed! I offered to gladly pay him for the repair but he wouldn’t take our money. This guy is truly a gifted technician and a unique individual. Thank you again, Zack!

I needed to have my furnace cleaned and I wanted a smart thermostat installed. Zack and Robert came and did the work. They are professional and knowledgeable in their trade. We are not very technical but Zack and Robert were understanding and very helpful. He showed us how to work the new thermostat and how to handle the app on our phone.
