Brice is hands down the easiest person I’ve ever worked with in any sort of buying experience. From our first conversation, I knew I was working with someone who was after my best interest. Anytime I had a question, he was there to pick up the phone or would text back almost immediately. If he didn’t know an answer to my question, he didn’t tell me some BS answer, he’d admit he didn’t know and he would seek out the information I needed and would gather it quickly through his deep network. We had lots of hurdles through our personal situation that made us think we would have to wait until 2025 to make a purchase. He helped us find a home that is absolutely PERFECT for my family and I and exactly within the budget we had set. I cannot stress enough how HARD this man works for his clients.
