I went to this location to ship a package to the UK. Before proceeding, I specifically asked for the shipping cost. The employee gave me pricing for both express and regular options, but he mumbled the numbers. I repeated what I understood as the regular price — $44.86 — and he did not correct me. I then filled out the necessary forms and completed the details. When it came time to pay, the total was suddenly $568. I was shocked. I told the employee I needed to confirm with the recipient before proceeding, and once I did, they advised me not to ship it — so I left the store without completing the transaction. About five minutes later, I received a phone call from the store. The same employee was yelling at me, accusing me of wasting 30 minutes of his time and saying that he would be charged for the shipment. He was extremely rude, didn’t let me respond, and hung up on me. I ship items frequently and have never had such a negative experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

The guy that works there will give you every reason in the book of why you can’t pick up your package. Including making up things that are not true. He told me he was going to hold my package for 15 days to make sure he wasn’t going to be charged. ABSURD. Terrible customer service.
