When I was looking for a day of coordinator, there were a few things I had on my checklist: communication, would I feel comfortable handing everything over to the team on the day and overall vibes. Amanda checked all of these off and more. Always available for a phone call and very responsive over email, kind, professional, organized and SO much attention to detail. Bright Gray Events was there through it all - creating a seamless timeline, executing rehearsal, communicating with our vendors, rearranging furniture, relighting candles, ceremony DJ, sewing me back into my dress (seriously!!), and I’m sure a million other things I wasn’t even aware of…all while constantly checking in with our people and without ever breaking a sweat. We are endlessly grateful to have worked with Amanda on our special day. She is a dream!

My family & I will forever recommend Amanda. We spent 6 months planning a beautiful backyard wedding, to the weather not being in our favour just days before. Amanda quickly came up with a back up plan, just for the back up plan to flood the morning of the wedding. Amanda was confident, positive, hard working and to say the least went over above and beyond to make sure everything was still going to be perfect. Amanda’s problem solving skills are like no other. Amanda is an absolutely wonderful person, I could not have pulled off our wedding without her. She is kind, diligent, quick thinking, and well versed when it comes to putting out fires! We were a chaotic bunch and since all the planning was done by me (I’ve never planned anything like this before!), there was a lot to do. Amanda and her team handled everything with grace, and the utmost professionalism - I am so thankful to have had her help on our special day. Our venue was set up so beautifully by the team, we received many compliments, I highly recommend Bright Gray Events! 💕

Amanda was the day-of coordinator at our wedding, and she was INCREDIBLE! Her and Tara dealt with everything - set up, take down, running the show, and making sure everything went smoothly. We really got to just show up at our own party and enjoy without worrying about a thing! Amanda was communicative throughout the process, handled everything so well, and just made the experience seamless. She is kind, friendly, and has everything totally in control.
