I took my grandmother, and from the beginning, they attended to her very well; the manager assistant was very patient and explained everything with love, then the dentist made an effort so that my grandmother did not feel pain when removing the tooth. I recommend them, All the people were friendly and very helpful.

I loved the treatment I got from the moment I walked through the door. All the girls are so charming and knowledgeable. Im so happy with the results of my treatment. Dr. Lamazares went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her Lead Assistant Sandra, was very empathetic and patient towards me because the dentist has never been my happy place because of lots of childhood trauma. I recommend this place 100000% to anyone that is ready to change their mindset about dental treatments

I give this office a 1 star because I visited the office and the front desk doesn't check insurance prior to treatments and charge patients for a service that should be covered. The office told me that my insurance didn't have enough coverage to pay for the services and that is when they charged me upfront. I left the office with doubt and called my insurance and they told me that I had enough coverage left to pay for my services. If the dentist office would have checked my insurance properly before my appointment, they would have noticed that I had coverage. I visited the dentist office to let them know that I spoke with my dental insurance and I had enough coverage to cover my services. I immediately requested a refund of the funds that I paid and I was told that I needed to come back when the manager was in the office and the manager will follow up with me after the insurance payment is received. I visited the dentist office about 5 times now and the front desk always have an excuse and say that the manager is not in the office and no one seems to be able to contact the manager. I have not heard from the manager and I keep wasting my time to visit the office to follow up with the status of my refund. It has been now a month and half since my appointment and I still have not received the refund. I feel the office is giving me the runaround and It is getting very frustrating that it is taking so long for me to receive my money. The office staff doesn't know what they are doing because they are not properly trained. It seems to me that they don't want to refund my money. I am running out of options and I would have to file a formal complaint with the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Board of Dentistry.
