Be aware : I have been a patient for over 12 years and have seen the continuous turnaround from administration to the doctors. I had a crown done and a cavity started under it after a root canal so the tooth was not salvageable. I was told it needed to be removed and an implant was suggested. I immediately advised that I was not in a financial position to get an implant and I just wanted it removed. I was quoted over $1800 for a removal because of bone grafts that I would have to pay for even though I was clear on not wanting an implant. I was told by Danielle who runs the front and prepared both of my estimates that they will not do a standard extract and I either pay $1800 or no tooth extraction will be considered. My hands were tied. I had an appointment this week and I was advised by the sweetest dental assistant that I can ask for a referral to an oral surgeon to have it removed and by the end of my appointment I was handed a referral. She deserves 5 stars My issue is that I was being led to believe that I had no options. I asked for other options and was told there was none. A referral was never discussed. I was provided with two separate estimates both for $1750-1800.

This is one of the best dentists I’ve been to. My first appointment was very thorough and comfortable (even the uncomfortable parts). They keep you involved with the whole process- the screen with your XRAYs is sitting right next to you so you can follow along and ask as many questions as you need to. They’re so updated that It made me realize how outdated my previous dentist’s practices were. I’ve found my dentist office- what a relief!

I do not care to see a new dentist every time ( 6 months) I’m scheduled. Their prices are ridiculous even with insurance. I came in for my 6 month cleaning and all of sudden the dentist tells me he suggest I get a bridge! What?? 6 months ago my teeth were perfect and now I need a bridge? I was also told I had a pass balance from my last 6 month appointment, cause they forgot to charge me for the fluoride !!! And you waited 6 months to tell me? I declined the bridge and told the office I was getting a second opinion

I would have given zero but that was not an option. My daughter granddaughter who is 17 had an absolutely horrific experience with Dr. Berry. First, he claimed she had 11 cavities; she went in to have 6 done at one time. She called me after hysterical, crying, pain, they never asked how she was doing during the procedure the doctor and assistant continued conversate with each other ignoring her as he jabbed her with needles and tears rolled down her face. She was unable to drive home so I went and picked her up. I called my private dentist. They recommended I bring her in. She was still in pain. My dentist looked in her mouth and found that Dr. Berry had left a cord under her gum. My dentist said she had a cavity, but this cavity was NOT one of the 11, so he missed the obvious and did not concur with the other teeth having cavities. They were calcification that could lead to a cavity but certainly was not at this time. My granddaughter continued to have pain, went back for another cleaning with my dentist where another cord was discovered pushed so far down into the gum. Dr. Berry filled the cavity on top of the cord. Now the tooth was indented and needed to be filled. This is pure NEGLECT! I went there as she had insurance, now I am out $765.00 to get her dental work corrected due to his negligence. I have filed a Legal Demand for reimbursement, but Brighnow refuses to make this situation right.
