I called as I had broken the key to our terrace door off in the lock and then further damaged the very old locking mechanism when trying to repair it myself. Andy came round and promptly removed the broken key, secured non-destructive access, disassembled, cleaned and repaired the lock and resolved the issue within an hour or so. As the lock was from a very old, discontinued range, Andy went to great lengths to preserve the lock to save us having to replace the entire mechanism, which would have added significant cost. He was up front about potential costs and clear throughout about what he was doing. I was very happy with his service and would 100% use again and recommend to others.

Andy is a top guy! Arrived at my house within 10 minutes, after I was let down by a different company who kept me waiting over an hour. He identified the problem and got in the house in minutes and got a round of applause from my two year old. Also spent time improving how secure the lock is. Very reasonable fee. I hope to never see him again 😂 but will always keep his number.

Late last night I couldn’t lock our conservatory door and ended up securing a piece of 6x4 under the door handle. The following morning I called Andy who said he could fit me in between 11 and 1 o’clock that day. He arrived at 11.30 and fixed the problem with 15 mins. Andy is cheerful and not expensive considering it was an emergency call-out. Very pleased with the service and definitely would use him again. Thank you Andy.
