I am over 100% satisfied with the fantastic window cleaning job that Jade from Brights Window completed at m home. One single pane weighs around 40 pounds. Jade easily lifted each of the 6 panes out to clean them. The screens, tracking and interior lower windows that were not removable were also cleaned from the inside of my apartment. All of this was completed in around 45 minutes. On top of this, Jade was very polite and easy to talk to. I will definitely be contacting Bright Windows again I get my windows cleaned. I can now really enjoy sitting on my deck and enjoying the beautiful view I have. Thank you Jade.
