I have been using Briken for many years. All the guys are very knowledgeable and very friendly. The standard of work is extremely good and they charge a fair rate per hour for each job. This is my fourth car that I have trusted Briken to keep safe and roadworthy and I will be using them in the foreseeable future. I feel safe and confident that my car will last me for years with them looking after it. They get my five stars every time.
Honestly, I would stay away! Had work carried out on a turbo refit and weeks later it was leaking, took it back and certain individuals got defensive and rude, when I got another garage to inspect the job, it had bolts loose all over (hand tight) and a miss match of bolts. Probably do a good job on minor work but anything slightly technical I would stay away. This isn’t the first time in heard of bad reviews. The current reviews are most likely from friends or family. Don’t want to paint all with same brush as there may be good competent workers in there but the tall guy I dealt with, didn’t have a clue 👍
Ben and the team at Briken are simply superb. They've been looking after my car for a good few years now. For me the most important thing about finding a decent independent garage is honesty and trust. These qualities sum up Briken. They go out of their way to accommodate and keep their customers happy. I cannot recommend them enough.
