Edit= To point out that my Email tracker showed the emails was opened a few times, a few days after being sent (unless spam folder opens emails on it's on now!). Inquiry was for a commercial project, not residential. The inquiry was for a commercial project—not residential. Even if there was any confusion, it would’ve been courteous to ask for clarification and simply respond to the inquiries you receive (since you took time to open it and read it!) Lose out on a potential project and the opportunity to generate revenue simply because no one took the time to respond... Communication is part of doing business, after all.

Been with this company a few years, I've been with other generals prior too, large ones and was always treated like a number. This company treats their employees, and customers as family. It's not usually a common thing to post reviews about your own company but I do feel they deserve nothing but the best to be recognized for that. When your happy with the company you work for, you go above and beyond for them and ultimately the customers who end up paying for contracting needs. To anybody looking into using belvan, you'll be happy you did, finished product is always nothing but the best quality and better yet you know they are treating there own employees and customers right ! Updated at year 5 and feel the exact same way !
