Update: I love this place for myself, but I brought my child here, and they did x-rays and said my child needed a ton of teeth filled and told us a tooth was chipped. I wanted a second opinion because it didn't seem right. The other dentist's office did x-rays and even caught some early cavities, and the number was nowhere close to what Brilliant Smiles told us, literally less than half. Also, my child did not have any chipped teeth. They even mentioned a possible root canal because of the "chipped tooth". How is this possible? I don't know. Was it an honest mistake? I don't know, but I think it's important to mention. I also remember when we were in the office, the staff doing the x-rays said she needed help with the x-rays, but someone did assist her. But the dentist goes in after that, so wouldn't she have noticed something wasn't right? Once again, I don't know. Ok, last update unless something significant happens. Today was my third visit to the office. 🥰I had a positive experience getting my tooth filled, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone who, like me, is not particularly fond of dental visits. Dr. Liu and Kami made the process quick and painless, and their use of advanced technology was greatly appreciated. I'm thankful to have found this office. I had to update my review because today was my second visit to the Brilliant Smiles office.😁I had the pleasure of meeting their fantastic hygienist, the lovely Ms Valerie. She was absolutely amazing. Valerie was kind, professional, and very gentle; honestly, I do not do well with getting my teeth cleaned or anything related to the dentist. She made this the best experience I have ever had getting my teeth cleaned, which is no exaggeration. Even at my age, she was able to show me how to properly floss and brush in a way that would be more effective to stop gingivitis. Monique was the front desk staff that checked me in and out; she was professional and kind. Once again, I'm very impressed with this office and its staff. I will be updating my review at future visits as well. Today was my first time coming to this dentist's office. I needed a new provider because my dentist retired 🙃 As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a big, beautiful smile from the receptionist at the front desk. The receptionist's name is Nadea. She is sweet and professional, going above and beyond to make my life easier. She has excellent customer service skills. I had a seat in the waiting area, and in a matter of minutes, Kami came to take me back for X-rays and things of that nature. Kami is the lead assistant, and I understand why she is absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, and professional. I am always very nervous at the dentist; she was very calm and patient, taking her time to explain everything to me.🥰 Dr Liu, the dentist, came in, checked my teeth, and discussed our plan. She was also very professional and kind. At the end of the visit, Nadea explained the billing to me and got me checked out. Out of all the dentist's offices recommended to me. I am happy I found this office and have already scheduled my next two appointments. So, if you are like me and going to the dentist makes you nervous, this may be the dentist's office for you. I will update you on how things go when I come back to get my tooth filled and also when I have my cleaning done.😊

The front staff are awesome and friendly. My tech in the back Tatyana was awesome. Dr.. Fishman sat down with me after seeing the 3D scan and we spoke about the next procedures. I would highly recommended Brilliant Smiles of Maryland (Reisterstown).
