I bought myself a used 2021 Audi s5 from Audi Thornhill, a little over a month ago now, and I could not be happier with their service and the condition of the car. For starters, my salesperson John W. was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question and concern I had regarding the car, including ones about the Audi brand and even niche questions I did not expect for anybody to have the answers to. He was very honest about the condition of the car, even going so far as to point out the curbed wheels when I asked about any scratches. Just as he described, the car was in perfect condition, and even now, a month and 600kms later, I have yet to find a single issue with the vehicle. John was able to get me the extremely competitive, and unrealistic price I wanted, allowing me to leave the dealership with an unimaginably great deal! The best part about the price was truly no hidden fees. Apart from the agreed vehicle price, and small OMVIC fee (to which I was told beforehand and agreed to), the dealership charged me nothing more, they covered safety, registration, detailing, etc, in its entirety. The entire Audi Thornhill staff was also very kind and easy to work with, and they accommodated me in every way. Thank you Audi Thornhill for a perfect experience!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Audi SQ5 from this dealership! Huge thanks to Sam Huang, my sales representative, and Andrew Bashevsky, the Financial Manager, for making everything so smooth and stress-free. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive — I was even able to pick up my car just three days after signing the contract! Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for great service and a seamless buying experience.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND AVOID ANY TRANSACTION AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. the sales representative MARK (HOOMAN) SWORE at us using the F-WORDS. We bought a car from this Audi dealership with the promise of a 4-day delivery, but after 10 days, we still haven’t received it. When we asked for an update, the General Manager kindly came to help us, which we truly appreciated. However, after our conversation with him, on the way out, the sales representative Mark (Hooman) swore at us using the F-word. We immediately escalated this incident to the General Manager again. I am shocked at how Audi and Audi Canada have lowered their standards to allow such unacceptable and harsh behavior from their employees. We will certainly escalate this matter to higher regional managers.
