Absolutely amazing experience. Huge shoutout to Beck — this guy was honestly incredible. He literally took care of everything from start to finish. I bought a bed and mattress, and the whole process from ordering to delivery took less than 48 hours. Super smooth, zero stress. I had a lot of questions (like… a lot), and Beck guided me through every single one with patience and real knowledge. He helped me make the perfect decision. Genuinely impressed. If you’re buying anything for your home, ask for Beck — he’ll sort you out.

Edited my review as they are helping me with an exchange of the table set. I was really hoping so because it’s an awesome well constructed set. We also recently purchased a beautiful fireplace stand from TheBrick that we are very pleased with it along with many other furniture items that we have purchased from TheBrick over the years. Thebrick Customer service made up for this 100% and we’re totally understanding of my situation. I was more upset with the technician who came to my house to physically look at the damage and then said it’s wear and tear on a brand new set. The technician isn’t an employee of TheBrick but is a warranty technician. The damage had to come from the manufacturer before TheBrick even had received the table set. I will continue to shop at TheBrick guaranteed.

The two delivery gentleman that delivered my Aunt’s furniture were absolutely amazing! They were on time based on the tracking. They were very much aware of their delivery surroundings and were careful when entering the building, the elevator and then the unit. Please please reward these two young men for their stellar service. I would highly recommend them for anything.
