Absolute legends. After being treated like crap by National Tyres (who looked at my Transit’s door like it was infected with a highly contagious disease and flat-out refused to look at it), Prime Auto Bristol literally saved the day. I walked in desperate, and they completely sorted two major MOT fails on the exact same morning. They fixed the door without even needing to rip me off for new parts, and swapped out the windscreen washer pump. All done with a smile and zero fuss. They are absolute saints compared to the big national chains. Not only did they do top-tier work, but they were incredibly welcoming to both me and my dog. My phone battery had completely died, so they let us hang out, recharge, and even offered me drinks while I waited. A couple of hours of labour and two massive van headaches sorted for under £150. Real mechanics, zero corporate nonsense, and actual human decency. 1000% recommend them for any car or van needs
