Wow! What great service. I had a problem with a monitor and phoned Ian. I explained that I needed a VGA cable. I phoned Ian to say I would come to buy one. He said he was away working but would drop one in to me on his way home. Not only did he do this he gave me some sound advice about my aged computer. I can’t recommend him enough.
Start to finish an excellent experience. From the initial phone call, Ian from Computerhire was very helpful and honest about the possible situation with respects to my faulty PC. He collected the PC, diagnosed the issue and then completed the job and fully fixed the problem, in under a week. I was very impressed and would highly recommend. I would definitely use this company again.
I called in today after my laptop died . Ian was so helpful, he quickly identified that the problem was with the power supply- that was faulty - gave me a new cable and wouldn’t let me pay him .
