Yubo BaiOur hamster Bun（奶黄包） suddenly developed bleeding during a holiday weekend, and this hospital was the first to respond to us and kindly offered a same-day appointment. Dr. Matt and the team were caring, quick to help, and provided medication that made Bun feel much better. Although we only visited once, their timely support meant a lot to us. Bun has since passed away, and we are very grateful for the compassion and help we received during such a stressful moment. Thank you so much.
NickIt was my GCC’s first visit to Britannia Animal Hospital. All of the staff and the doctor were fantastic! They were punctual. Clinic was clean. Cost for the check up including nail trim and beak trim was discussed over the phone at time of booking appointment. No surprises. Would recommend.
