BROADWAY RENOVATION AND DESIGN

It took my hubby and me almost 10 years to make a decision on doing a big reno project on our house and lucky for us we met Alex at the time who offered us to take on the task and make our home beautiful. Alex and his team worked very hard , paying attention to every detail and attending to our needs as we also lived in the house during the reno. Although I don't have the before pictures, (hopefully Alex does ) but I do have the after ones. The project included full floor reno- installation of engeneering hardwood , stairs reno, 2 full bathroom reno , new kitchen installation ( Alex did all the measurements and ordered a new kitchen as well) , new baseboards, full paiting of the main floor, and a much more ; it might take me a week to go over every detail of what was actualy done ! . It was a huge project!! The beauty of it that I basically didn't have to do much, Alex and his team took care everything for us. Looking at my house now, the light , bright and fresh space, I will always be grateful to Alex for making my home beautiful again) If anyone is looking for a contractor, who is honest, hard working and easy to talk to, Alex is your guy . Did I mention that Alex lives in Georgetown and even went with my daughter to the same school ?)

We hired Alpha Builds Contracting to rebuild our old cedar deck, after hearing how impressed our neighbours were with the work Aleks had done. Our new deck turned out exactly as we envisioned it. Aleks kept us informed throughout the project and checked in upon completion to make sure we were happy with the end result. We were so pleased with the outside work we are continuing with inside renovations with Alpha Builds Contracting.

We recently had our basement finished by Alpha Builds Contracting, led by Alex, and the experience was excellent. Alex and his team were very professional and consistently delivered timely, high-quality work. They always took the time to listen to our requirements and point of view, and their workmanship was immaculate. Alex showed up on time every day and completed the project within the agreed timeline.
