I never write reviews but Biotech and Steve deserve praise shouted from the rooftops! Did you ever imagine you would be told your neighbor has bed bugs? If your neighbor has bed bugs you must act aggressively even if there are no signs. Biotech Termite & Pest Control was fantastic and reliable. Steve, owner and contact, is wonderfully understanding, patient and his professional advice is invaluable. He replied quickly to my many questions and every paranoid fear even when on vacation. Steve sent Brain to prep and treat my apartment. He diligently packed my books and clothespin pointing what needed to be treated. If you have pest problems click on the Biotech's website and call Steve with absolute confidence.

I had a problem with carpenter ants where I had other exterminators come in, but were unable to fix the problem. I had mounds of sawdust which they kept creating.I called Biotech and I spoke to Steve who assured me that the problem would be fixed. He sent his men over and they took care of my problem. Now it’s two months down the road and I have not one carpenter ant. Many thanks to Biotech as I would recommend him to anyone that has a pest control problem. Thank you Steve!
