I can’t recommend Ashley Down Garage Services enough! From start to finish, it was a breath of fresh air. They assessed my car, did some work, and when I had to return because one issue wasn’t fixed, they owned it and made sure it was completely sorted the second time. I really appreciated how professional and accountable they were - it felt adult and honest. Everyone I saw there seemed genuinely happy with the service, and that really shows. I dealt mostly with Kevin, who was fantastic, but Kash and Amir were also brilliant and very helpful. The team explained everything in plain language, so I understood exactly what was going on without any confusing jargon. They even called me after assessing the car to let me know what needed doing and what the plan was - that level of care is rare. Friendly, fair-priced, and completely trustworthy. I’ll definitely be going back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Bristol.

I had a fantastic experience at this garage, everyone I spoke to was super friendly and knowledgeable about my car's various issues. Excellent value, and a stress free MOT. 5 stars

Omg! These guys were amazing. Really lovely guys that explained everything to me clearly. Replaced two tyres, brake pads and discs. Very good value too. Will only ever use this garage in future as they made the whole process easy and efficient. Great service :)

Been coming here for years for both our cars as they are my local garage, very lucky to have such an accommodating and honest garage so close, excellent service always. Work is done to a high standard and both Kash and Kev couldn’t be more helpful, their knowledge is excellent too. They are always busy which is a good sign and will always try and fit you in if they can. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!
