Terry was super helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me and diagnose my vehicle with his knowledge and he uses computer as well and was just very friendly and outgoing. He didn't even charge me for the amount of time that he took just to talk to me and that goes a long way with me when it comes to mechanic shops. Honesty man. I will keep him in mind for future jobs

Took my 2018 Buick Encore in to get a coolant leak fixed. First repair was the water pump and they done an oil change for free which was nice. But my oil was milky and they didn’t say anything, which means there was coolant in the system. And I tell them my coolant is still leaking so they finally get the head gasket fixed. Well coolant was still leaking after that, so I fixed it all myself since they couldn’t fix it the first couple times. First was a coolant hose had a crack in it, second that brand new water pump they installed the bolts wasn’t tight at all and that’s where the coolant was leaking through and there was missing bolts, also the water pump gasket looked non existent. So first repair paid $800 for nothing…
