A lot of follow-up when we had to repair our roof they've been always great about communication and the team is super knowledgeable. Well worth the cost. My only advice is to add an extra panel or two as more people are working from home these days and future environmental policies may want to eliminate natural gas (fossil fuels)...

The Brooklyn SolarWorks team was very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. After our first winter with the panels, our neighbors raised concerns with the placement and the increased snow on their roof. It took about a month of back and forth with the Brooklyn SolarWorks team to figure out a solution, which was frustrating for our neighbors. But in the end, once we settled on a solution, they were able to get it fixed in less than a week. Even though it cost us a little bit more for something we felt should have been include in the design to begin with, we're very happy with where we ended up. And we're even more happy when we get our electricity bill! We definitely recommend this company. Once they recognized the issue with our install, they made efforts to correct it. We just encourage potential costumers with a connected home to think about your neighbors and potentially ask for snowguards at the outset to avoid issues/costs later on.
