The lady that checked me in and out, was very upbeat and positive. Made me feel welcome. The price was quite reasonable compared to their competitors. Room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was TV's too small. And could really only watch it from the bed. They didn't offer a wake up call in the morning. Which I admit did upset me a bit. Over all, a positive experience. I would stay there again next year for the Lamoni Live "26" event if it happens.

Bring a mattress if you're going to stay here. I booked here because of the ratings I went in a 2nd room after seeing a large swag in the bed the second room had 2 swags in it 😳 The tubs surface are worn off to make it look nasty but was clean. I Cant move to another hotel. I wouldn't be refund. Nice people. Just beds are really bad. Heads up!

A good value. Nice and quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Interior is nicer than exterior suggests. Could use some maintenance and landscaping to bring exterior up to standard. Fix broken windows and screens, repair damaged pillar. New coat of paint and refresh parking lot.

We paid for the room on Choice website for a king pet friendly room. When we arrived from our road trip to check in, we were told we had to go into a two queen bed room that was pet friendly. We checked in at 10:47pm and left at 3:15am due to 3 ticks in the bed with us. The room was infested with ticks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? I will never stay in another hotel owned or franchised by choice hotels again. This was the most disgusting and scary experience. We had to take the dog to the vet at the tune of 300 dollars to ensure he was safe and no ticks. No ticks on my dog, thank God. The most horrible hotel experience of my life. Room 118.
