The staff at Brookwood are phenomenal! I had a 15 year old American Pit Bull Terrier who was quality of life was declining; it was time for him to go home. I called several clinics with no success. Euthanasia isn't easy, especially when it's a beloved companion you've had since high school and I wanted to choose a place with compassionate folks and a decent price, and Brookwood Animal Clinic was an excellent match. They obliged my request to have my boy taken care of in the car (he hated the vet so much), they gave me as much time as I needed even though it was Halloween and late in the day. They were respectful of my baby's body, and his cremains were returned to me very quickly; also the urn upgrade was very reasonable. Extremely thankful for them during a difficult time. Thanks guys!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!!! They take great care of my dogs. They do have free roaming cats in the office though so be warned if your animal is aggressive towards cats when you walk in. Be wary.

First time having a kitten. First time walking into a vet in quite a while. They absolutely made me feel heard and welcome. From the people at the front desk, to the 2 doctors I spoke with. Gabe in particular was very personable and made me feel at ease. They also didn't traumatize my boy, so that's a huge plus. This will be my vet for the foreseeable future. Thank you everyone who helped me today. See all in a month!

I would recommend going somewhere else. They do not give you any type of update on your pet unless you call. When you do call the man is very nice and informative but one woman just tells you how your pet was doing earlier. With parvo you can’t go by earlier diagnoses, you need to know now’s update. Any ways they told us $600 per pet to keep them for a couple of days. We had 2 pets the first didn’t make it to the 3rd day so they said his credits would go over to his brothers. Well when we went to pick up his brother after both passing they wouldn’t let me pick him up without paying almost $600 more dollars after already paying $1200 for 2 puppies. They never told us about the extra things we needed to pay for until it was time to retrieve my pet. They don’t even call to tell you they passed, I had to call them for an update to find out. Some people there are very nice but the others are bringing this place down. Thank you to the man vet who told me in depth about my babies and the guy with the silver hair.
