Update - I worked with Frank to sell our Fairmount home (same one he helped us purchase 12 years earlier) in 2022-23. It was a less pleasant experience. The market was tougher, interest rates were creeping up and the house was not in perfect shape and it took longer than we expected/hoped, so it was perhaps a function of the situation, but communication was not great, by the time the house sold, it was clear the transaction closed with little enthusiasm, just what felt like good riddance. I leave it as a 4, a 3 on this one/5s on past deals and will let the rest of the reviews out there help you decide what is best for you, your situation. I would no longer refer his team openly, and am updating my rating to reflect that sentiment. ________________ I have worked with Frank (and his team) over the years on 2-3 real estate transactions. And have referred him to several friends who all have had positive stories to share. He has supported our buying activity and selling. While looking for homes he was proactive, flexible and worked hard to uncover all options that met our needs. On the selling side he was accommodating, patient and proactive. They know the Philly market and PA real estate realities well and were a good advocate as we worked through the closing processes. Highly recommend Frank and his team.
