RES IPSA LOQUITOR!!! As the motto goes, a picture is worth a thousand words! These pictures tell my story, and I could stop here, but I want to provide the important journey that led to these pictures. For three years I talked with and tried multiple lawn service companies. Most would only agree to provide the service if everything was included in their package, cutting the grass, fertilizing, other stuff I didn’t need, or I could do myself. The package of course resulted in a large, mandatory monthly bill requiring one-year contract. I went through several of these companies with very little improvement and canceled their expensive contract. They could have been spraying water I would not have known the difference. I eventually hired an agronomist who took samples, made several suggested, various treatments which were expensive and again little improvement. Then gift from God, Brothers Pest Control, and you can see from the astonishing results from the pictures what happened. High quality, a beautiful yard, reasonable cost, punctuality, all the things that one would expect, AND MORE. In this case I was also lucky enough to get Chris, intelligent, very smart regarding grasses and yard care, personable and a good listener. He loves a challenge which I gave him several outrageous problem spots in my yard never thinking they could be repaired but Chris did. He is trustworthy, the treatment and the chemicals that you’re paying for your going to get. You will see Chris and the company demonstrates a significant comparative and competitive advantage, and Chris in particular. Chris continues to far exceed my expectations. The before-and-after pictures of my yard say it all. Period.

Jeremiah is the best. Thank you! In the last 18 months, Brothers has turned our lawn into a lush carpet. The prior three to four so-called lawn care services failed each time, including the last one that almost killed all of our lawn.
