I have a great Dr, she is very caring and has really helped me thru understanding my condition.I have always had a great experience there with all the employees. The only time I've ever had a bad experience was a telephone call for a confirmation and when I said the date and time of my appt she sucked her teeth and hung up on me. But I do realize they are people too and they go thru things like everybody else.

Honestly, stay away from this place. I came in for a sick visit, which I NEVER do because I usually just deal with my sickness, but because of the symptoms I was having (sore neck, headache for three days, INTENSE sore throat that I could barely swallow) I decided to get checked. I go in here and this doctor (Timothy) who I’ve never met comes in. I tell him all my symptoms. I had chills, nausea, could barely turn my head due to neck soreness, to the point where I had to sleep with an ice pack which has never happened to me before etc. etc. He then says that he’s going to check me for strep and mono. He also acknowledged that my lymph nodes were swollen and my tonsils were looking “agitated.” He comes back 5 mins later & tells me he’s actually not going to test me for strep because “it’s only 70% accurate & I put your symptoms into this calculator & it shows only 20% chance of you having strep.” He continues to state that he’s also not going to prescribe me antibiotics because it GIVES PEOPLE DIARRHEA!! Like what?!? And that although he does think I definitely have some sort of infection going on, I just have to let it run its course. I’ve never been so appalled and speechless in my life! So I wasted both my time and my money to come see the “doctor” who wouldn’t even bother to test me & the best he could do was tell me to take Tylenol every few hours, use mucinex & nasal spray! This place is a joke. I’m disgusted. The amount of money these people get paid to just overlook your concerns and completely disregard you. I was so vocal about the fact that I never ever even go to the doctors when I’m sick, but I was worried about the lingering headache and STIFF neck. I could barely move my head side to side. The only people.i could vouch for here is Dr. Mindy Sobota. She is PHENOMENAL & was actually the one who pointed out an error that the ENDOCRINOLOGIST who I’ve been seeing for 6 years failed to tell me about regarding my pituitary issue. She is truly amazing at what she does. Can’t say the same for the others.

That’s why reviews are important to read. I don’t want to see doctors at this office anymore. There’s no empathy and compassion even consideration. I have 9 months in pain and they never decided to request the MRI before until now after 9 months 😢😭😢 . I have been at the emergency room 2 times because of the pain. I can’t even do anything and they know, nothing helps me and they even know, it’s getting worse and worse. I have explained to them always about how I feel and know guess what? I have a disc bulge on the cervical spine. They wait and wait and they don’t care 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it’s our fault to put our trust on them , not all doctors are professional doctors, not all doctor has compassion. But I don’t want this happen to anyone. I would like to express all the bad experiences that I have experienced in this clinic but not space to write more but be careful please
