I want to start by saying that I have massive anxiety about going to the dentist, as does my young daughter, so it's tricky for me to "feel okay" about ever going to the dentist; however, this dental office seriously has the absolute best staff all around! The receptionist, Yasha, is just amazing, as is Erica. Then the dental hygienist (Jen is who we see), is so empathetic and personable. The dental assistants are amazing as well. The dentists are very comforting and will do whatever they can to put you at ease. They're very accommodating and great with children as well. Personally, I feel awful that they have to put up with our crazy dental anxiety, but they've never made us feel bad about it.

My entire family from my 88-year-old mother to my 9 year old granddaughter are champions of Dr. Bruce Harle’s. If my 38 year old daughter with autism could, she would visit Doctor Bruce daily. From a young child she has dressed as a dentist every year for Halloween. Doctor Bruce has made that much of a positive impression on her. All staff call you by name and always have a smile which is even heard during a phone call. Thank you Dr Harle for your patience and soft spoken professional manner with all.

I was looking for a new dentist who would take the time to explain things to me and talk me through procedures as I am the world’s biggest coward when it comes to dental work. I read the reviews on Google about Dr. Suralvo and he seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. Candace and Dr. Suralvo went over a plan for my teeth starting with replacing old fillings and repairing a broken back tooth. I booked my appointment to start with the broken tooth repair and I honestly fretted the whole week leading up to the appointment. When I came in for the repair they both did such an excellent job making me feel at ease and only doing what I had requested to be done. I actually felt so comfortable that I allowed Dr. Suralvo to progress with 3 more fillings while my mouth was frozen. I didn’t feel a thing! I know this may sound like no big deal but for someone with high anxiety it IS a big deal to me. I am still in need of more repairs and actually looking forward to getting them done and over with, whereas before I would just procrastinate until I was forced to go. I’m sure my anxiety isn’t cured but Candace and Dr. Suralvo have made the experience as pleasant as it can be going for dental work. Thank you both for being patient and kind with me, I know I can be a lot to deal with ā˜ŗļø

I am so greatly disappointed with the way I was treated as a patient & as a person. I have dental phobia & was in need of emergency dental help because the pain was so intense & no longer bearable. I called & left a message at 8:00 am when the office opened, I received a call back with in the hour. Proceeded to make the next available appointment for 3:30pm I let the person who made the appointment aware that I had to pick my daughter up from school at 3:30 & would come straight to the office.I was suffering all day with such awful pain, even though it is so hard to overcome my dental phobia, I couldn't wait for my appointment to come so I could finally get some relief. After my daughter & I locked up the Ebike & proceeded into the office a lady came out I thought to great us, but I told her who I was & my appointment time. She advised me that because I was 15 or 20min. Late for my appointment that the Dr. Had gone home, I then made the lady aware of the fact I told them in the morning that I had to pick up my daughter at 3:30. I had my cell phone with me and nobody even tried to contact me to see if I was running late or if I needed to reschedule. As my daughter & I started to leave the office she started crying because she new how much pain I was in & thought it was because I had to pick her up I couldn't get the help I needed.
