I was charged $828 with Dr. Nguyen for a routine check-up and filling, a staggering increase from my usual appointments. I questioned the charge and was offered a refund of $71 for one X-ray and a copy of X-ray, I have followed up SIX times over 10 weeks and still have not received it. I have also requested copies of my scans multiple times with no response. This level of disregard for patient concerns is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I left the appointment feeling pressured into considering unnecessary cosmetic treatments like veneers and Invisalign, despite having no interest in them. Metro Dental has clearly changed for the worse, prioritizing overcharging and upselling rather than genuine patient care. If you value transparency, fair pricing, and responsive customer service, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
