I have the feeling that BRUSOL is the only one gaining out them. I have 13 solar panels on my roof since 2021 but my bill has gone up even if we are only three people in the house since my son has moved out. I really hope that BRUSOL will start proposing a battery to give some benefits to the households, too.

Our experience with Brusol has been nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give -10 points I would. Over 10 months of repeated delays, poor communication, and unmet promises. The volume of emails for what should have been a straightforward project is overwhelming. They failed to inform us of key requirements early on, causing unnecessary stress and wasted time. Customer service is unprofessional and inconsistent. I wouldn't recommend Brusol to anyone. If you’re planning to share energy in your building, be prepared for a significant undertaking. This project demands a dedicated manager who can invest countless hours in internal and external communication. You must be a skilled communicator, maintain excellent relationships with all participants, and be proficient in online systems, processes, and administration. Additionally, a basic understanding of electricity installations and energy concepts is essential. I won't get into a match of "I said, you didn't say..." ... I will acknowledge that in the end the EnergyVision team did apologise reactively but two apologetic emails do not make up for poor service concistently over weeks and do not protect from a negative review.

Honestly, i had no luck. the person who took care of my contract lied to me on many points. First you dont get a tracking to track your consumption and injection. all you receive is a screen of how much your solar panel produce. if you want to track everything you need to pay/ buy somewhere else. the other point that really bothers me is that they installed the solar panel through the front of the house, the cable work is so bad. its not straight its completely crooked. if you have an issue with visual dont go with them. the inside cabling from the hallway is completely crooked aswel. not to mention that the people who installed did not follow the instruction of the technician who came on place. now i have solar panel. i dont even know how they work because no one explained. you dont receive notice about how they work either. only a documents that states which model they are. and i have no idea if i even use the solar panel or not since i cant even track it. you get free solar panel but the package is really incomplete. what a shame
