Ieri sera avevano appuntamento per le 18 a casa di mia madre, per un intervento su una porta/finestra che non si apre più. Non si sono presentati. Non hanno avvisato. Non hanno richiamato.

Sconsigliatissimo, meriterebbero zero stelle. Il negozio di via Roveggia espone un cartello in vetrina con un numero di telefono a cui non rispondono mai, neanche per assistenza sui loro prodotti installati. Il laboratorio e la mail non è dato di sapere dov'è per contattarli. Abbiamo acquistato tutti i serramenti da loro, ma alla richiesta di servizio post vendita per problemi di chiusura finestre, si sono negati al telefono dopo aver dato appuntamenti a cui non sono venuti e senza avvisare. La serietà dell'azienda è scarsa, prodotto caro e non efficiente. Non posso consigliare a nessuno di rivolgersi a loro, anzi mi sento di avvisarvi che la nostra esperienza è stata completamente negativa.

Oggi questa ditta ci ha installato le inferriate a casa. Devo dire le persone che sono venute x l'istallazione sono veramente bravi e competenti, innanzi tutto hanno fatto il lavoro pulendo il tutto e istallandole con precisione E molta cura nei dettagli. Complimenti

Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare infissi o porte da questo punto vendita ...ARREDO INFISSI dopo aver fatto una richiesta di un portoncino blindato preso le misure concordato sul prezzo ecc ....stabilito acordi per i tempi di consegna che sono andati oltre il mese e mezzo dopo la data stabilita ... il signor Antonio oltre a non rispondere e chiudere il telefono a ogni chiamata ..continuava a prendere in giro rimandando continuamente la messa in opera del prodotto , dando risposte vaghe e poco convincenti sulla sua serietà professionale... !! Fino al punto di annullamento della messa in opera ...ATTENTI si rischia di perdere tempo per niente ..ordinando da lui ...
