Very pleased with the Bryant / Syles Team's workmanship. I had a 15 year-old AC unit they had been help service the past few years, but it was time for a change. Quinn & Dante were the technicians who did the installation for a new Lennox AC Unit + evaporator coil - they were on time and outstanding. Answered all my questions, and helped deal with an installation issue as my old unit was sunk into my deck. Helped me resolve it and it looks great now. I can't remember the technician who came to help diagnose my issues, but he must have been 6' 6", so you'll know him if you see him. He was also extremely knowledgeable, helped patch up the previous unit temporarily, and answered all of my questions. What I liked the most was they didn't try to oversell me on what I didn't need - they described the problem, and provided my different options to solve it.

Soon as we noticed, the furnace wasn’t working a technician-Dakota was sent out immediately and found the issue and explained why it wasn’t working and then right after that met with Mike to discuss the options and he explained everything and the technicians that installed Quinn and Dante were professional and polite and did a great job installing a new unit and a new thermostat and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend.

Dante and Quinn just installed our new furnace and AC, ahead of schedule, I want to add. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job. Bryant has always been exceptional in their servicing of our old unit which made me want to go with them for our new unit. Glad I did as Dante and Quinn were fantastic.
