As a property owner, I entrusted Larry Bryant and Bryant Properties to manage my rental investment, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a serious mistake. Communication was consistently poor — calls and emails often went unanswered for days (sometimes weeks), leaving me completely in the dark about my own property. I had to chase them down just to get basic updates. I frequently discovered issues after the tenant moved out that Larry never addressed and had been ignored completely. He had held the tenant’s deposit past 30 days and refuses to acknowledge the damage charges and request approval from tenant, telling me I can’t charge that. My listing was a case to case basis concerning animals and pets within the property and was told I could not legally deny the tenant in moving in there with them. Come to find out the pets were not service animals and I had a right for denial. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency and accountability. Rent collection, expense reporting, and lease management all felt disorganized and unprofessional. When concerns were raised, they were met with defensiveness rather than solutions. In the end, I felt more like I was managing them than the other way around. I would strongly advise other property owners to look elsewhere for professional, responsive management. Your investment deserves better oversight and far better communication.

I rented one side of a duplex with Bryant Properties for 4.5 years and had a consistently good experience. I only had to make requests for maintenance things twice, but they responded quickly with immediate solutions both times. They sent out helpful notice emails when there were freeze warnings and were always professional and polite. If I hadn't moved in with my partner I would still be in the same unit as the rent was definitely reasonable compared to similar properties. Thanks for a great experience!
