I really think with research I could’ve done this myself because after their assistance I’m still confused. Be advised they are basically helping with paperwork and the process of filing only. There is no guidance to understand the nonprofit world: that subscription will cost more. I split my fee in two payments which was nice. I had an intro call and a longer call before they submitted my 501c application. I also had 2 or 3 different project coordinators so there was confusion and a delay in my application submission. I lost my nonprofit name I picked due to this delay. They did waive my IRS filing fee due to the confusion. I remember being told they help nonprofits with their annual compliance in the first year, but apparently that is incorrect information I received as well. The client portal and process of reaching someone is also not user friendly.
The process started with a consultaion call with Danny, and he was very helpful. Soon after I was connected with Ciara and Christen to manage the project and they too were very helpful, keeping the project on a tight timeline, resulting in the application being submitted in timely fashion. They were very professional and easy to work with. Thank You!
I’d never set up a business before and wasn’t sure where to start. I googled, and BryteBridge was one of the companies I researched. I used them because I could call in and speak to someone versus doing it all online. When I called, I spoke with David who walked me through the process, sent me a link to their client center, answered some questions in less than 10 minutes, and then did the rest. The online portal was excellent because I could monitor the progress and ask questions. They also have a knowledge center with a ton of information that was helpful to research while waiting for everything to get set up. I liked the combination of speaking to someone and doing things online. They made the whole thing simple – they knew what they were doing and were super professional. I didn’t have to worry about the details and could keep my focus on the big picture.
