I placed an order on 3/14, and as of today 4/16 I have yet to get a shipped email, or a response from my status update inquiry. I've submitted 3, and cannot get an update still. Order was over 300$ and they cannot even email a response in over 72 hours. They have banker hours for phone services and I've only gotten an answer 1 time and that was for an inquiry prior to placing the order. It's easier to buy items and pay to have a logo added. Coaches, do not use this company unless you want to go half the season without uniforms otlr staus info. Our other teams moms havent been able to get their items either.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from this company and they never shipped my clothing and never refunded my money. I called them and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me that I had to reach out to the school rep. They were quick to withdrawal my money but not to refund me.
Sizing is way off and of course, they won’t own up to the mistake. Size chart clearly states if the chest measurement is between 28-30” then order the youth medium, but as shown, the youth medium does NOT even measure a full 15” across which means the jersey itself is not even a full 30” in circumference.
