I took my van here as I had an AdBlue warning light and countdown issue. Nick, Chris and his team were great, very quick to book me in and diagnose the issue. No questions are too many, they were always at the end of the phone or email to answer ones I had, and took time out of their day to explain quite a complex diagnosis & process to me. Very friendly and professional, couldn't recommend enough!

I took my BMW here last year and, unfortunately, they weren’t able to find the fault, but I was still charged the full amount. I did mention beforehand that other garages couldn’t diagnose it, and I was hesitant to bring it in only to be charged without a solution. The customer service was genuinely good, but the team seemed to lack BMW specific experience. I eventually took the car to BMW, where a software update resolved the issue. BMW charged me the same amount for the diagnostic and update but at least the fault was actually fixed. I don’t believe garages should charge full costs when they are unable to identify the problem. A more transparent or fair approach would go a long way.

After taking our Audi to four different garages, each giving us a different diagnosis, AP Autocare was a breath of fresh air.
