Toilet was installed 4 inches away from the wall and they left and we called and our contractor had them come back and they double charged us for their installation error. Staff did not speak to us just came in did the work and left. Disappointed, would not recommend.

Scheduled Buckeye plumbing to come to our house for a repair. Confirmed time between 8 AM and 10 AM. When no one showed up by 10:00, I texted and received no response. At 11:00, I called the office and spoke to a receptionist who informed me everyone was in a meeting. She promised a return phone call. At noon I called the main office again. Again the receptionist assured me someone would be right back with me. No one ever called back or came to fix my problem.

Reliable and good work. I had a pipe leak from our ceiling. Our condo management came and shut the water off and cut into the ceiling. Buckeye was responsive, and came and fixed the pipe quickly. Very pleased and will use them again. I have used them before for the installation of our toilets and kitchen sink. Consistently reliable. And they stand behind their work.
