I had an excellent experience at Budds’ BMW, thanks to Hadi Marashli, the Sales Manager. From start to finish, Hadi was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail and made sure I was comfortable and confident with every step of the process while purchasing my BMW X3. What truly set Hadi apart was his willingness to go the extra mile. He proactively worked with his management team and even coordinated with BMW headquarters to ensure my loyalty benefits were applied, which helped bring down the leasing price significantly. That level of effort and customer advocacy is rare and highly appreciated. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend Budds’ BMW and especially Hadi to anyone looking for a premium car-buying experience with genuine customer care. I would absolutely return for future purchases.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They have zero customer loyalty and even less professionalism. I’ve been a loyal Budds’ BMW customer for almost 4 years, doing $8,000+ worth of parts and service there. I did my maintenance exclusively from them. Recently, I asked them to quickly check my oil pan drain bolt because another shop suggested it might be overtightened (and might snap off) from my last service at Budds’ BMW so i just wanted to be on the safe side. It took them 15 minutes to inspect, and everything was fine. Instead of appreciating a long-time customer looking out for their vehicle, they told me: 👉 They will never service my car again. 👉 I “wasted their time” because I didn't do an oil change that day. 👉 David (supervisor) said they won’t touch my car anymore just because I chose not to get the oil change done with them and wasted his time. A luxury dealership acting like a ghetto corner shop, punishing a 4 year loyal client over 15 minutes and a missed $320 oil change is unbelievable. Budds’ BMW talks big about customer experience, but clearly, once they’ve taken your money, they don’t value you at all. Their behavior was petty, unprofessional, and completely out of line for a BMW dealership. There are plenty of other BMW service centers in the GTA where your loyalty will be valued. don’t waste your time or money here.

Had a pleasurable experience working with Will, Tina & Layla during my recent service experience, Will was great at keeping me up to date with what was needed and the status of my vehicle, Tina was helpful making sure that my loaner vehicle was ready and waiting, and communicating with Layla was a joyous experience, she’s great. The whole team went above and beyond my expectations and obviously a shout out to the service technicians and mechanics for doing a great job getting everything fixed and serviced on the vehicle. The experience as a whole was 10 outta 10. Thank you to everyone at Budds for doing a great job as per usual. Highly recommended. See you guys next time.
