I purchased my car from this dealership about a year ago with an extended warranty, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Since the purchase, I’ve had to bring the car back several times for recurring issues. Almost every time, I was told “there is nothing wrong with the car,” and the service was limited to basic steps like an oil change. When the check engine light came on, a small repair was done, but the bigger issue was ignored. More recently, I began to notice loud engine noise and a loss of power. I specifically asked for the spark plugs to be replaced, which they did, but the main problem is still there. To make matters worse, the car was returned to me without even being cleaned. My husband also spoke with Nancy, who said the issue would be resolved last Monday, but we never heard back. Today, I spoke with Paul directly, and he showed absolutely no care or concern for my situation, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who purchased the vehicle with a warranty, I expected honesty, proper attention, and a thorough inspection—not surface-level fixes, broken promises, and poor communication. This experience has been frustrating and exhausting. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable service or proper after-sales support.

Very disappointing experience at South Oakville Chrysler I picked up my used car from South Oakville Chrysler today, and honestly, it was a very poor experience. First of all, they never mentioned that the car only comes with one key. When I brought it up, the sales rep just brushed it off and said, “Oh yeah, it’s a used car,” which felt unprofessional. Before buying, I had also mentioned there were several scratches on the car. I understand it’s a used vehicle, but there were quite a few noticeable ones. The sales rep promised they would polish it and take care of it — but when I came to pick it up, nothing had been done. To make things worse, when I drove away, the rear license plate fell off because it wasn’t even screwed in properly. I had to go back inside and have them fix it. Lastly, it looks like no proper maintenance was done before delivery. The oil change light is still on, and the car clearly wasn’t serviced as it should’ve been. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of honesty, attention to detail, and customer service. I definitely expected better from a dealership like South Oakville Chrysler.

Hi everyone so I just had the absolute perfect vehicle buying experience at south Oakville Dodge SRT I first replied to an ad and got a response from the gentleman named Ash. It’s turned into a phone call. It turns out he’s an absolute amazing guy we chitchat we give some information he knows I’m really interested in the beautiful 2026 Dodge Durango in the green machine green with the SRT package. It is absolutely perfect so Ash , Gagan and finance manager Mark all Went above and beyond you have everything said done finalized and me picking up my brand new vehicle in less than two days if you wanna deal with great people and even make some new friends, I will definitely be going back south Oakville, SRT in the later future, if and if I purchased a new New vehicle I would definitely go back there to deal with my friends Ash ,Gagan and Mark Thanks for everything guys

We purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Oakville in February 2025 for approximately $33,000, specifically choosing a reputable dealership to avoid issues and ensure reliability. The dealership told us a two-year warranty was being “thrown in.” We later discovered this warranty was not free, had been added to our loan without our clear consent, and we are now paying interest on it, increasing the total loan to approximately $40,000. Within a few months the drivers side head light failed. The dealership initially repaired the headlight, but within a short period it failed again. We raised concerns that this could indicate an electrical issue, as the same headlight failed twice within months of ownership. Despite this, we were told it was “normal wear and tear” and that we are responsible for the repair. Compounding the issue, service records incorrectly state the passenger-side headlight was replaced, when the problem was always the driver-side headlight. Additionally, when we contacted another Chrysler dealership and corporate channels, no warranty could be found on file under our vehicle. We have also experienced other disappointments, such as the vehicle being delivered without floor mats, requiring us to purchase our own despite the price paid. Due to serious health issues, travelling from Hamilton to Oakville for repeated unresolved service visits has been extremely difficult, which the dealership was made aware of. We are very disappointed with the lack of transparency, inaccurate service documentation, and the unwillingness to properly address a repeated safety-related defect. We expected far better from a major brand dealership and hope this review encourages improved accountability and customer care.
