When we renovated our upstairs bathroom, the contractor installed our shower plumbing incorrectly (shower head didn't get enough pressure and water was coming out from both the shower head AND the tub spout). Of course we didn't find this out until after all was done and the tiling was installed (see before photos). We thought the problem was a faulty shower faucet (the faucet was brand new) as the contractor said they installed everything correctly. After much research, I suspected that there was something wrong with the pipes and sort of had it confirmed with the manufacturer of the faucet. We temporarily fixed this issue by installing a makeshift valve on the tub spout which wasn't ideal, not to mention that it looked horrible. We didn't want to destroy the tile to get to the supposed issue with the pipe and was going to renovate if/when we decided to sell our home. Well, finally the faucet broke and we had to do something about it. Happy to say that when I called Jawad from Delex and he assessed the situation, he confirmed that the problem was the pipe installation without him even seeing what was done behind the tile. He explained why there was a problem and even provided a solution to fix it without having to destroy all the tiling! In addition to fixing the problem and having it look like nothing was disturbed, he did the repair professionally and even gave me the option to upgrade the faucet (which opted to do - bonus!). Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the repair and his exception customer service - great communication, answered all my questions, explained what he was going to do, provided options and cleaned up after everything was done.
