EDIT: 10/28/2024 - Another 5 Star review for Jump Start Mobile. I texted Charlie on 10/22 after taking my vehicle to two different auto parts stores with suspicion I needed a new battery. Both auto parts stores "tested" and said it was NOT the battery. Charlie came to my house within 30 minutes, used his equipment and immediately diagnosed the issue as the battery. He gave me the option to have him purchase and install or I could take it back to the auto parts store and tell them I needed a battery. Of course, I had Charlie do the work! I can't say enough about his response time, fairness in pricing and diligence in diagnosing a problem, not just picking what "it could be" and working on the car until the issue is fixed. Thanks again! Charlie is the best! He is very thorough when diagnosing the problem, detailed when he provides cost to repair and fair and honest with pricing. This is my second time using his mobile services and not only would I highly recommend, I consider him my go to guy! Thank you both, Charlie and Jessica. You got me back on the road when I needed it the most!

I Used Charlie for a Pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle and he was able to take my appointment on short notice and really helped me out. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and gave me a few pointers in what to look for, and informed me enough to save me from getting a vehicle I could have potentially regretting buying in the future.
