A solid rental experience! We needed a minivan full of grip equipment and David delivered! They had everything we needed for our production, accommodated our weird schedule, and responded promptly to our inquiries. Be warned, yes, you may be dealing with an 80 year old man who has seen it all and might want to tell you a thing or two, but I personally love that. He might not be running any marathons any time soon, but his mind is razor sharp. I hope he gets out of this business soon so he doesn’t have to deal with so many crybaby production people, most of which won’t be in this industry for 1/10th of the time Budget Video has been around.

Idk, they try I guess. I called for a quote and was talked down to, like I didn't understand what I was calling for. Then after a long convo and some hesitation, I said screw it and emailed for a quote. 24hrs later still no response. I call to follow up, they admit they have seen my quote but just didn't bother responding (so I wasted a day). Guess what! Most of the gear I called for isn't even in their inventory anymore, or it only works with a $200 stand. I should have known when I looked at their inventory and saw Apple Cinema Displays, not Thunderbolt Displays, the original Cinema Displays from the late 90s/early 00s. Either they have never updated their website or they keep stuff listed to get more calls, regardless of whether they have the items or not. They list *24/7* on the top of their website.... 24/7 WHAT? 24 Hours they won't respond for even after seeing your requests, 7 items total in their inventory? Come on man.
