I always have an amazing experience shopping at Brookline's Buffalo Exchange! The clothes and accessories are diverse, trendy, and sold at a reasonable price for the quality. Most importantly, the staff are incredible; other than being walking outfit inspo, all of the employees are exceedingly kind and helpful. Madi especially was amazing today - when given only the bare bones of my Halloween costume idea, Madi came armed with an assortment of cute clothes to try on that perfectly suited my concept and fit me! So many thanks to Madi and the lovely staff at my favorite place to blow my whole paycheck!! I look forward to returning and highly recommend.

I went in to sell and buy and both experiences were awesome! Trinity was the buyer and she was knowledgeable and honestly a joy to chat with while she went through everything! After, I was able to find 6 new items I’m in love with and my favorite new pair of shoes <3

Hi. First, love the creativity in the store! The clothing prices are reasonable but no deals other than sale items. In regards to being an exchanger of clothing to money …… the staff did not take any of my items the last two visits. My first visit, being a brand new customer the Store quickly bought all my items. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews below. I love everything about Buffalo Exchange and this location. First let’s talk about the staff. They are always so friendly and treat us with kindness and friendliness. Today I sold some vintage coats and Amelia and Trinity were wonderful.They know what sells and pick and choose from what you bring in. Sometimes it’s more, sometimes it’s less. I’m just happy getting the credit for in-store shopping for items I no longer want. Always find some fun in store!
