Buffalo Market is an online farmers market with a great selection of good quality organic vegetables and fruits. I was very happy with the quality of the fruits and vegetables that were delivered to my home. Very organic and very farm fresh! Pretty good quality! The bags were delivered with a tamper proof seal. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but there were some items missing from my order. I had a rather large grocery order and it may be possible that some items on my grocery list were overlooked. I called their customer service number but no one answered. I hope I can get through tomorrow morning and get these missing items delivered.
I ordered over 3 times from Buffalo Market (aka Rydeon), the delivery is always on time, and stuff are really fresh. The prices for produce is amazing, cheaper than even safeway. The organic tomatoes and avacodos are cheaper than the non organic ones from regular grocery stores. I love it.
Buffalo market used to be great for the average consumer - plenty of affordable produce and groceries that could be delivered to the house for a reasonable amount. Rarely did I have any problems. It saw me though the pandemic. I ordered on a weekly basis. I liked their approach to organic and health eating. I liked that they had gluten free and dairy-free options. Now they've shifted their business model. And are focusing on restaurants. But there's been no messaging to customers about the change, etc. I was just looking at their website to do an order and now everything is in bulk. It's not for the average consumer or family anymore. I guess stuff changes. But not for the better.
NEVER GOING BACK! I had excellent service the first three weeks. Not sure what happened starting week-4. I didn't receive $250 of produce that Friday! I gently followed up over half a dozen emails and texts, without receiving any response. Three days later on Monday their staff asked whether I would like to receive that same missing order on Tuesday to which I replied yes. But again I did not receive any produce on Monday. I continued to text and email. Spent more than 2-3 hours politely trying to sort out everything. three days ago - received an email with a new COMPLETELY MESSED up invoice. This person called Will updated one case of lemons to two cases. He removed other needed items from my order. He double charged me to case of cilantro that I had paid for last Friday but never received. 7 days of waiting | dozen emails and 4 hours I lost it! (check screenshot of my email in bold) I email their owner - Adam and I never receive produce today (Friday) nor do I receive an email or a text letting me know about it! I am done at this point, I request for a refund for items I was charged for yet never got. check the top most email that the owner replies back in response! IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME and a HEARTBURN NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THESE FRAUDSTERS!
