Order value approx 15 Lakh, Full payment made in advance. -1st Issue - Installation- After order placed, received the material in 3 months, Installation started after 4 months of continous follow up. My house warming got over. Still waiting for the installation to complete. -2nd Issue - wrong window- We have received 2 wrong windows, mistake made by the sales person while taking order. now there is NO commitment on this 2 windows. I have been following up to each and every person in Fenesta. NO response from Mana Owner - Nagendra, Mana Sales Person - Raghu Fenesta installation head - Yasin fenesta installation person - Santosh fenesta Office Head - Rahul Conclusion DO NOT order FENESTA. Quality - Medium, Service - Worst from Company and Dealer Pricing - Very Very Expensive (Fenesta - 15 lakh, Same quotation from other vendor for similar product - 7.3 Lakh)

I had worst experience. They are not professional. They have no responsibility towards costumers. No sense of time . Products are sent wrongly. Installation team person doesn’t come for installation. They only send people persons . They also don’t know where to fix . Worst experience I had. I am regretting for giving work to fenesta .
