TheoI strongly advise against hiring Windy City Flat Roof Inc. Despite signing a contract with Ricky for a high-quality materials, they substituted them with inferior, low-cost products that were never agreed upon. This was a clear breach of contract and a blatant attempt to cut corners at my expense. After receiving payment, their communication became virtually nonexistent. My calls and emails were repeatedly ignored, and when I finally reached someone, I was met with excuses and refusal to take responsibility for their actions. Me , Ricky & his previous partner Shawn had a verbal and written agreement upon paying me back but never heard back from him after his previous partner left him due to his con-artist attitude. To make matters worse, the poor-quality materials they installed are already showing signs of premature wear, meaning I will now have to pay another contractor to fix their substandard work. This company has demonstrated dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a reputable roofing company that stands by their commitments and values integrity.
